Process Tutorial for Colossus by CowsGoMoose Process Tutorial for Colossus by CowsGoMoose
So I put some tears into making you all a process tutorial of how I made this piece ---> cowsgomoose.deviantart.com/art… and I hope you all find it helpful or useful in some way, shape, or form. I'm not the best at doing these things, but I tried my best to explain what I did. I did this piece in Paint Tool Sai and did some color adjusting and contrast tweaking in photoshop. As for brushes, I used the standard presets (hard round and watercolor) as well as this amazing brush set I got from this amazing deviant ---> darkvalkiria.deviantart.com/ar…

Please download to see the full size image and so you can read the text.

If you find this helpful or like this, let me know! I would love to see your thoughts and get your input so I can do better tutorials in the future :)

Also, I am very aware of spelling mistakes, I am sorry, I was so tired when I did this that I didn't notice till it was too late. D:

Thank you so much! It's always wonderful to see another artists' process, and your tutorial was very nicely done c: It was very helpful to see the progress, and especially the progression from lineart to painting; I tend to struggle with that merge, haha!

Glad you found it useful :) Thank you! It took me a while to figure out how to incorporate the lines with the painting without having to erase the line layer so I figured I'd share the process and hopefully help others in doing so. :)  Thanks again for the comment!
